Project Description In 2016, MABCO delivered a mixed-use development comprising 2 malls and 8 residential buildings, covering civil, electromechanical, landscape, and architectural works. With a total project value of EGP 25 million, MABCO served as the main contractor, managing multiple scopes across the development and ensuring coordinated execution from structure to final architectural works.

Project Description In 2017, MABCO delivered a commercial building comprising 2 basements, a ground floor, and 4 typical floors, with a total built-up area of approximately 700 m². As the main contractor, MABCO handled the civil and architectural works, delivering the project with a total value of EGP 10 million.
HORSE INTERNATIONAL GROUP ROYAL COLLEGE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
Project Description In 2017, MABCO contributed to the delivery of a major educational project comprising 3 main buildings with a total area of 1,800 m², along with laboratories, fencing, retaining walls, and an underground water tank. The scope included civil, electromechanical, landscape, and architectural works, bringing several disciplines together within one coordinated project. With a total project value of EGP 95 million, the project was delivered under EMACO Construction as the main contractor.

Project Description This residential development project, executed in 2019 by main contractor MABCO with a total budget of 100 million, comprised civil and concrete works for eight residential buildings spanning $800\text{ m}^2$ and featuring a basement, ground floor, and seven typical floors.

Project Description Executed in 2021 over a 1.5-year duration, the 24–B2 MSC – Al Mousa Specialized Cables project featured the construction of an administrative facility with two basements and a ground floor, representing a total budget of 140 million.

Project Description Launched in 2022 and executed over a year and a half with a total budget of 90 million, this mixed-use project spans an area of 5,500 square meters and comprises hotel facilities, administrative offices, and retail outlets distributed across two basement levels, a ground floor, and 11 upper floors.

Project Description Spanning 2024–2025 with a total budget of 300 million, this large-scale mixed-use development by main contractor MABCO features a diverse combination of commercial, administrative, and residential properties. Scope of Works: Civil, electrical, and architectural works.
LIBYA PALACE
Project Description This prestigious engineering project is being executed between 2025 and 2026 and entails the construction of a luxurious private palace spanning a vast total area of 5,000 square meters. The project has been awarded to the joint venture (JV MABCO-RAWASEKH90) with a total budget of 5 million; the scope of work includes specialized deep foundation engineering, extensive site preparation, and massive reinforced concrete structural construction.
